1 seat Club Car, Ser. # prefix PA
I have a chance to pick up a PA01 cart. It is a single passenger 36V set up for a handicapped person. It has a swivel seat and has handle bars like a motorcycle. Does anyone know anything about them? What type of controller does it use? What are the differences and what does it have in common with a DS? It is marked Club Car but has a SN tag that says it was built by someone else. 3 12V batteries mount up front under the hood. It is really cool but only seats one. Any info. would be appreciated.

One more thing, there is a single golf bag holder that mounts on the hood facing back. The swivel seat has a back rest with flip down arm rests on both sides. It also has a harness type seat belt arrangement. It looks brand new. I'll bet it has never been used more than once or twice. It has an 01 so it must be a 2001. It is narrower and a little shorter than a regular golf cart. I am sure it is much lighter. Also it has a coil over front suspension. The handle bars have the brakes and accelerator on either side. It also has 2 handles that I am guessing are kill switches. If you let them go it will regen brake and stop. Just a guess. If everything works out I will get it in the next couple of days. You know how things go, I am not counting on it until I have it in my possession. |

There was one for sale near me a year ago. If I recall correctly, it was $750. I can't find any pictures of them, though

saw one on ebay for sale in my town for $4000 OBO it sold. I used to work at a golf course and they had one made by club car it was tan. Had soft smooth tires on it so that the player could drive on the tees and greens without damaging the grass.
Here is another one on ebay now for cheaper. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Club-Car-Han...item2a3ea7f9c3 |
