Default Power Drive 2 charger

Can I use a powerdrive 2 48v charger on my DS resistor conversion? What do I do with the 3rd sense wire?

I still have the 2 blade connector.

The PowerDrive2 charger doesn't have a timer. It relies on the On-Board computer of a vehicle to tell it what to do via the third wire that you speak of. You may use it but you'll have to purchase the timer kit add-on. Plum Quick offers this device for sale to convert your charger.

I have a 2001 Club Car DS with a power drive2 charger and about a year ago installed new batteries ,everything has been working great, Now all of a sudden the charger will not power down, needle stays at 15 amp. Would this be a voltage suppressor issue in the charger?
Thank in advance for your reply
