Default General maintenance?

I see a lot about battery maintenance but what about regular maintenance.
My cart is 14 years old now and in need of a little love. Recently I replaced all the batteries, cables, and all the bushings in the suspension. I also greased every nipple I could find. What other things do all of you do as part as regular maintenance? Does Club Car have some form or maintenance schedule?

I believe the manuals outline all of the maintenance procedures and when to do them, if you have one or can get one for your cart...

I need to get a manual. The brakes I definitely need to work on. What about the motor? Are there any bearings there that need to be greased?

I have a sticker on my frame next to the hour meter. I thought it was my vin. It came back as a battery charger number. My cart was customized by a manufacturer so I have nothing under the cup holder. Any suggestions?

Club Car DS (1982-2000.5) all used the same frame so maintenance would be the same
