Default Carryall Turf2 winter build up

Hey Guys

We are starting on a brand new project, we have decided to take the hard working Club Car Turf 2 and turn it into a mean lean Canadian winter machine, (ok a bit of a cheesy line! we know, we know)

Anyways we want to show just how versatile a properly built one of these machines can be for around a property or acreage.

Also with this build we will be prototyping some of our new parts that we will be releasing for these carts, which will include a very nice roof system. Once complete the parts will be made available to the public through our website.

We look forward to you guys following along and giving us your feedback!

So here is what we are starting with.

Hi Ron

Thanks for the positive feedback! We certainly do not mean to over step our bounds. We really enjoy this site. Please send us our options or direct us to the proper location so we can become a supporting manufacture!

Thanks

We made a bit of progress today. Bending tube takes time to get it just right, of course the first one is the long one and then the second one takes about 10 mins.

So we started with a full length of tube and cut it down to the proper size. We then set up our mandrel bender for the proper tubing and made our first bend. We then brought it over to the cart to ensure it was what we were looking for, which it was. We then put it back into the bender and made the second bend.

We then test fitted the second bend and proceeded to the third bend. We clamped it to the cart, and were very happy with the end results. We then whipped up the second tube in about 10 mins. That was enough fun for one day!

Hey Fellas

We had one of our good customers contact us just before the holidays wanting two of these carts. He has a government contract for maintaining several provincial parks in the Okanagan valley here in BC. So we are now building two identical machines. They won't be overly fancy but they will be very functional.
