Default A/C output from 36v charger

Can anyone tell me what the a/c voltage coming out of the DC side of a 36v Lestronic II # 9700 should be, or any other brand, while charging of course. I have checked several charger manuals and searched the forum and cant find it.

I just might be wrong and will certainly accept being corrected, but I believe you'll find "Direct Current" voltage coming "out" of the DC side of the battery charger, not AC voltage.

Yes the main output of a cart charger is DC Up to 44+ for a 36v and 52+ VDC for a 48volt But with any AC to DC conversion there is some allowable amount of ac voltage. It's 11:00 PM do you now where your stray voltage is ? This is also true for automobile and gas cart alternators. These days of computer controlled everything it can be a factor.

As I stated, I can be corrected, and if done so appropriately, can take it very well. You sir, have done so.

Now, with that being said, I can't answer your question.

The typical fuse and circuit breaker for that era charger were 15 amps AC. The recommended household receptacle rating is 20 amps AC. That is equivalent of your average garage, outdoor or kitchen appliance rated outlet.
