G16 Carburator Adjustment??/
How should the carb be set on a 1997 G16? Which screw needs to be used? I see a screw on the top of the carb with a funny black plastic spacer that can only be turned about 1/4 of a turn. How should this be set?

Re: G16 Carburator Adjustment??/
There are only 2 adjustmenst on your carb. The pilot adjustment screw (the black cap) and the throttle stop screw. I will "gently" pry off the black plastic cap . Turn in the pilot adjustment screw till "lightly seated" then 1 1/2 to 2 turns back out. With the throttle stop screw, back it out till it doesn't touch the throttle shaft arm and the it is completely closed, then turn in till it touch's then 1/4 turn more.
