dim lights,
I have a 1995 club car. The headlights are dim and the horn doesn't work they were fine before I had the obc changed.

Take a voltage reading of your battery pack... sounds like batteries are not charged. OBC replacement... did you keep the main (-) ground lead going through your OBC exactly the same and in the same direction? That wire is and needs to be placed back exactly the same way otherwise your charger will not charge your cart.

did it have a voltage reducer and did they reconnect that? the lights may be running off of 8 volts..........................................
