Can the cover and/or F/R switch interchange from the 09 precedent to an 06 DS model , also are the seats innerchangeable ?

Yes the F&R Switch can be interchangeable as long as they are both rocker-switch style switches.... The Precedent definitely will be, but the DS car may be a series model with a lever... However, keep in mind that the DS car currently has a Diagnostic Port located under the F&R switch case, while the Precedent does not (Port is under the dash). You'd have to relocate the end of the port somewhere else to be able to retain it. The seats are not interchangeable at all.
