Ocean Lakes Myrtle Beach
We go to Ocean Lakes every year. This is our favorite campground. We use to rent a golf cart, but seeing all the custom carts there is what made us decide to get our own. It makes it more fun to cruise in one that is unique from everyone elses. I have seen Casper there before and was wandering who else goes there that I might have seen? We will be there the first two weeks in June this year. I can't wait.

Re: Ocean Lakes Myrtle Beach
Not real sure if they allow pulling two trailers behind a vehicle in N. Carolina. You might want to check.

Re: Ocean Lakes Myrtle Beach
That place is proud of their camp sites and the cart rentals.
I'm too po to go to a place like that! Maybe I could just stay in a tent behind your 5er? And I'd have to take my own cart. 308.00 for 7 days (2009 prices). You can rent luxury cars for less than that. I'll have to say though, it's a pretty place. We'll be in TN from the 5th through the 12th of June. Going to stay at the River Plantation in Sevierville. Taking our cart with us. |

I stay at River Plantation some and take my cart. It's only about an hour drive from my house.

Re: Ocean Lakes Myrtle Beach
yelp the other favorite place to stay also. It is just so hard to get in.. bokeasmowl I have wondered about that myself, pulling a trailer behind your camper. I have looked and they dont allow triple towing but to me that isnt triple towin, I call it piggy backin.. lol Who knows, I guess I will find out before long.

Re: Ocean Lakes Myrtle Beach
Have you pulled the cart behind your camper yet? I installed a backup camera on mine. It makes it easier being able to see it.

Re: Ocean Lakes Myrtle Beach
GOORNOMAN would you consider that triple towing? I thought triple towing was like when you see a tractor hauling 3 other trucks behind him. I figured what I was going to be doing is like these piggy back trucks towing 2 box trailers.

Re: Ocean Lakes Myrtle Beach
A tow vehicle and 2 trailers is defined as triple towing.
A tow vehicle and 3 or more trailers is considered a road train. |
