Default Charger under seat always shows 12 to 14 amps while charging

I have only charged it for ablut 3 hours since i installed new batteries three days ago. Volt meter reads 51 to 53 volts with charger unpluged.

Plug the charger back in, and check it in 6 to 8 hours!
Even when the batteries are new... they still need a good charge!

You might want to get an owners manual, it'll tell you what to do!
