Default Considering small lift

I have a 2011 CC Precedent with Phantom body, nice wheels and 205/65x10 tires. Im considering a 3 inch lift, primarily to make getting in and out easier (Im 62 with bum knees). My cart is very fast, so I dont want to go too high and make my handling squirrelly. Also dont want my shoes to look too small, I like them. Is 3 the way to go, or 4, or go all out with 6? Mainly dont want it to look stupid with 20.5 tires.

With 20" tires, I think the least amount of lift would be better. 6" would look funny with the smaller tires...

Yamaha G16, 4" lift, 20x10-10 tires.

Thanks, I think 4 is probably just right.

Ha! Just answered my own question by scrolling through the forum. Saw several threads about lowering your roof to get in your garage... got me thinking. Current roof height, 70, garage roll up screen opening, 74! So a 4 lift MAX and even then it may brush the rubber gasket. Course, it rides lower when Im in it, but yeah, 4 lift sounds just right!

Little word of advice. Since you said your cart is fast go with an a-arm lift not a spindle lift. A lot more stable at higher speeds and also has more steering adjustments than a spindle lift. Just my $.02

Dave at Revolution Golf Cars has 3" and 4" All-Sports a-arm lift kits for precedents.

I second Dave (TahoeDawg) @ Revolution! I put the 4 All Sports A-Arm lift on my 2001 Cluv Car. Had it in less than a week.
