Default YDRE/Drive switched power

Can anyone tell me where I can find switched power inside the battery compartment on a 2009 YDRE?
I am looking for power only when the key is in the “on” position.

Solenoid will probably be the closest “Key on power” to battery box.

I just checked the wiring diagram. It doesn’t show a solenoid.

Red wire with white stripe is key switched. But, it is protected by a 3 amp fuse. The 3a fuse can safely be replaced by a 10a fuse. I suggest using a relay that is activated by the R/W wire, not hooking up your device directly. If the fuse blows for any reason, the cart will be disabled until the fuse is replaced (this is sure to happen at the farthest possible place from home). By cutting into the wires in the area near batteries, you are exposing your wire harness to future corrosion issues.

Great, thank you. I want to use it to hook up a 10a, 120w, 12v converter/regulator.
Should I still go with a relay? My 12v devices will have a relay of their own.
