Default What is this?!!

Trying to determine what this component is. It was loose and unplugged on my 2003 Club car villager.

It’s weird, there’s no terminals to run off 12v power on the unit itself. Just a harness with a fuse

There are enough wires in that harness for input/output/trigger.
