Default Rear end clunking

Hey buggy buddies, got a clunking from the rear end/differential. I have '09 HuntV that's built off a Club Car chassis. It's got the auto locking differential in it. It's not the wheels nuts, it's the differential. The faster the cart, the quicker the clunking. It's going into the shop later today, but if there are better, and or/stronger parts that could go in there, what would those be?

The HuntV has a front separate drive system/motor/controller on it and that only engages after a switch is flipped. I don't think this would matter though.

None I know of. The locking rears are very limited (Pun intended) and still virtually little to no aftermarket for them.

Lots of interest around here, but no one seems to want to make the tool&die for them.....

OK, well the whole rear end is shot including the case. Screws came loose and rattled around and ruined everything in the rear end.

So, where can I find a Auto Locking Differential for an '09 Club Car DS????

HELP ME!

Club Car used to offer one. They called it the IntelliLok system, but it was discontinued a few years ago because they had so many issues with it. As far as I know, nobody has attempted to build another unit like it. I have heard that if there was enough interest in these units that we may be able to buy them directly from the manufacturer, Hilliard Corporation. I have never called to inquire to see how many we'd have to buy in order to do this.

I spoke briefly with, and am between emails, with the guy at HuntVe. I believe he said they are the sole sellers now of the auto locking differential. I guess they're building it now. I'm waiting on more info. They don't work weekends I guess!
