Default drive gear?

Okay i took the clutch of the motor today and it looks like i am missing a gear that runs the drive belt. Can some tell me what its called.

And also if it just a pump that mount to the side of the tank and if anything else is missing on the side of the tank? Can i use any pump i read on some parts site stating they are all the same pumps is that ture?

Not sure what you may refering too about a gear in the clutch. Maybe post a pic. or more detailed discription. The clutches work off force and weights that cause it to move in and out.

If I remember correctly, you have a G2 right? The fuel pumps on these work off of partial vacuum from a line coming off the back of the engine. Make sure it is not cracked or damaged. You should be able to use another type of fuel pump as long as the volume is about the same. Take your pump off, take it apart, and clean it out really good if you haven't already. Also make sure the fuel filter is not clogged up. G2's fuel filter is located in the bottom of the tank (screwed in/big black plastic cap, follow the fuel line down to the tank) and notorious for breaking apart and clogging up. I actually cut them out and then install an inline filter.
