Working at it
Installing the new primary clutch this weekend, any tricks? Do I need to use an impact driver? Is there anything that needs to go on besides the assembled clutch? Washers/circlip? A G16 by the way. Old clutch has been removed already. Any and all input is much appreciated.

Re: Working at it
Just make sure crank and clutch are clean and dry a torque wrench would be more valuable than a impact clutch bolt should be torqued to 75 ft lbs

Re: Working at it
Ok, got the motor together. New carb, throttle cables, plug, fuel pump, fuel lines, primary clutch, and new battery. Installed the gas tank. Hooked all the wiring up. Started right up and runs great knock on wood. Hooking the brakes up this evening. Ordered a heavy duty secondary clutch assembly. That's next with new trans oil. Then the front end alignment. Ordered seat covers, back bumper, and complete diamond plate kit. Does it ever end????

Re: Working at it
Well it's getting there... waiting on the new seat and backs. Should look good when it's done. Man does that new secondary have some freaking torque. Wow.
