Need some excel knowledge

I have an 08 precedent that I'm at a loss for. It had a bad controller and we installed a new one. Cart runs normal except the pedal about 75% of the way down it goes over range on throttle percentage and shuts the cart down. Tried a different mcor and same thing. I've also changed that little jumper box in the pedal area and that didn't change anything. My buddy that knows a decent amount about club car's told me there was a recall on the wire harness something to do with white a red tape. Mine has red tape of anyone knows about that.
One other thing is the white wire of the 3 pin connector is in its own piece of loom all the way back to the controller. Thought that to be odd.
Any help would be appreciated

You are running an Excel controller with and IQ type harness, that is why you have an issue with the throttle range.

The "jumper box" You are referring to is part of the TPS to MCOR conversion Recall you heard about it.

The problem is that the Excel controller full throttle is about 4.7v, but the controller feeds the MCOR 5v (white wire).

The "converter box" installed in the Excel carts had a 453Ω resistor in each of the 3 wires going to the MCOR.

You can measure the resistance of the wires going in and out of that "jumper box", if You get approximately 453Ω in each wire, just make sure that white wire on the separate loom goes through the converter box as well before connecting to the MCOR.

There are only 4 wires going in and out of the box. Is there a resistor in the harness In a different place perhaps?

What's the model number of the controller? Does the model number start with 1510 or 1515?

It's a 1515s it actually wasn't the exact same as the one I took out. The one in it was a 250amp this ones a 350amp but the book said it was stock replacement. I'm not a club car guy.
The old jumper box was a 4 wire new one is a 5 for the white wire to be included. The plug only works for 4 wires so had to make it work and ran the white wire through it like Sergio said and got 100% throttle at 100% pedal.
I really don't think it's an iq car though is it because of the ph ser#??

Glad is going again

The serial number (PH), controller (1515) and symptoms are all Excel cart.

The reference I made about the IQ was the need for the resistor in the Harness.

The IQ carts don't need it, but the Excel does because the throttle reaches 100% at a lower voltage so it needs that small voltage drop the 453Ω resistor provides.
