Default Marshall's Tool Shed

hey guys I saw this form and said why not I will show off a little. its nice to see others who share enthusiasticness for garages and shops. Mine is 28x36 with 12' ceilings. I keep my old cars and my new found hobby of my ez-go cart. My wife thinks its too big but I mean a shop can never be "Too Big". I had the foundation block used to match the house and the slab was poured at a slight angle so that any water that got inside would drain out the doors. I can wash the cars inside and the water just drains out. Its pretty cool. I also bought a couple of those plastic totes that hold 275 gallons of water each, piped them together and put a pump on the outlet. I can use rain water to wash the cars or water the grass. I haven't insulated it yet but I wired up the lights and outlets myself. I tapped into the house power box so I wouldn't have a separate meter and another power bill. I bought a couple of garage floor epoxy kits from rustoleum but I am not happy with it. it looks good at first but it peals up so I wouldn't waste my time or money if you were thinking about trying it. One day I would like to put a lift in side which is why I made the walls 12ft high. its weathered in and for now its pretty sweet and I spend as much of my free time outside enjoying it.

my newest toy is the cart and I bought this sweet used table lift that fits nicely under the cart and will pick it up to about 40 inches off the ground. I can change tires in a jiffy.

eagledad1...sure you can use the idea. I found a ton of stuff online about people using rain barrels and totes to water their gardens and grass. I always see them selling them on craigslist.
