Default 01 club car ds barely moves

Just replaced batteries, controller, mcor, and solenoid on my 48v club car. The car rides fine for a bit sometimes and then it will barely creep. Pack voltage is around 51v and all wiring is correct. The orange wire does get hot where it comes off the f/r lever. I don't know what else to try! Please help!!

Wires getting hot are telling you that you have a bad connection. Fix that!
