Wow that is a lot of parts replaced....

If this is an IQ cart and it is happening when Regen is engaging, meaning the cart is trying to go faster than the current speed code is allowing, you may need a "Main dropout harness".

Early IQ carts had an issue when Regen engaged that caused a false "Main dropout" fault to occur.

The harness includes a diode in series with the Tow/Run switch to prevent the Regen current from back feeding into the logic portion of the controller.

I agree with Sergio. It's very likely that this is your issue.

Did you mean you changed the entire cart harness or just the add-on "Main drop-out harness" off the tow/run switch?

I would suggest You test the diode inside that small dropout harness in case it has failed.

He ordered a dropout harness from me back in June, I just didn't realize it earlier.

Sounds like the same issue I am trying to resolve in a customers 2006 Precedent. It runs normal at full throttle to 50 feet or so then drops out. Cycle the pedal and repeat over and over. However, when you give just a little throttle it cuts out immediately. I discussed the issue with Club Cars repair trainer and he was stumped as well. After chasing electrical gremlins for a day and resorting to part swapping, I am waiting on a replacement controller to arrive as a last attempt.

fbryant1,

Did the problem exist before, during and after all of these parts/upgrades, or did the symptoms changed/improved during any of that time?

After much electrical gremlin chasing, the controller was bad in the one I had doing what yours is.
