2005 EZGO Air Ride Build
Well, I've taken the dive into building a air ride txt. Thanks to a handful of you guys (you know who you are)who shared their complete builds, I've decided to march forward and build it.
The plan is to have all the necessary amenities while keeping it slammed and simple. I bought a stock 2005 ezgo txt with no electronics in it to start. I'll try to keep the pics coming cause I know you love um. I know I did when doing my research. |

Building rear links and rear suspension mock up!
This is where it currently sits. I'm not liking how the brake assembly hits the ground so I may redo the brake arm. I still want to go a little lower but we'll see, looks like I may need to link the front or re-arc the springs. |

Thanks, I'm a GM guy myself. I got the front wheels at a local trailer store. Yes it is a modified txt lowering kit. I removed the overload leaf and flipped it end for end. With the stock wheels on the front, the cowl sits on the tires and stops it from going lower. ...

Basically shortening the shock mounts. If you can tell in this pic compared to the top pic how much of the shock mount I took off and rewelded. |

Looking good. I like the skinny wheels on the front, kind of an old school hot rod look.
