Default PowerDrive2 Charger won't shut off

The batteries are at a bubbling boil and the charger is still charging. I have replaced the AC circuit breaker, rectifier & relay but it hasn't fixed the problem. The batteries are new and I don't want to ruin them. ???? What can I try next?

Make sure the positive wire from the back of the charger receptacle is connected to the same battery positive post as the pack positive cable.

I checked all the wiring....everything looks OK. One thing I have noticed is that the amperes gauge stops half way and doesn't go any lower.

Check the voltage and SG of each battery. One bad one will make the pack act that way. Rare with new batteries but it has happened.

Not sure what year and model cart you have but I had the same problem on my cart 3 years ago. I have an 03 Club Car DS IQ. Although my cart ran great with no issues the problem turned out to be the OBC on the cart. I replaced the OBC and the battery charger turned off after the batteries were fully charged. Take your time and work through the problem here with the pros and don't throw parts at it to quick.
