G29 Roof Lowering Ideas
Hello,
I have a 2013 G29 with a 6” lift. Looking to make the roof lower to fit in trailer. I also want to keep the roof drain down spouts on rear supports. Has anyone done this or do they always remove the drains? Thanks, TN |

I think you would be the first. All custom Fab. If you do it, take plenty of pics and measurements. If you F it up lol I have all the top stuff still laying somewhere I would sell cheap. Would like to see this happen

Thanks, I have good intentions on completing this however it’s one of many things.. lol. I’ll take good pictures and detailed dawgs of the final mod.
Appreciate you offering replacement parts, I may have to purchase some from you. Thanks, TN |

I am in the same situation. Thinking there must be a way to make a portion of the downspout easily removable... anyone?

Re: G29 Roof Lowering Ideas
I found this video on You Tube. The carts he does aren’t G29’s, so no drain tubes. But it shouldn’t be to hard to fab up a coupling to re-connecting the tubes. You might get some ideas from it.
