Default Bypassing relay in club car charger

When bypassing the relay in the power drive charger will the voltmeter function.

As you are only bypassing an on/off switch the voltmeter should work normally.

Pretty sure I have wires connected properly. Is there another reason that my car won't charge. Have tested with another charger and that does not work either.

what year? i take it its a 48 volt cart? and you checked the fuse on the rear of charge receptical of cart...........lots of times when its a charging problem on a 48 volt say between 1995 and 2001 its related to a bad OBC not always but lots of the time....................................

If U bypassed the OBC by jumping the charger and the charger did not come on then it is not the OBC.
As tom said check the fuse behind the charge recepticle on the cart .
