95 ds Club Car Jerking Problem
I have a 95 DS that jerks real bad ut doesnt do it all the time or for days at a time it wont move just sits there and tries anyone have any ideas on this ? I have replace the batteries, cables, cleaned all contacts some one said it could be the controler from a dealer but unless i brought it to them couldnt tell me for sure and being a 95 there was a up grade or something and would cost over 800.00 for a new one any help i would really appreciate thanks

I would check the output from the potentiometer.... It is under the floor on the drivers side......
Output should be 0-5k ohms on the early CC. Disconnect the battery main Negative cable before testing. |
