Default Big Tires-Stock Cart

I have a 1994 Marathon cart with a 4" lift kit on it. If I put 24" tires on this cart will it harm the Moter or controller?

F&R will fail first. Controller second. Then the 25 year old motor will succumb to the heat generated by the new upgraded controller. Besides, 24" tires don't usually fit with only a 4 inch lift.

Judging by the jugs in the back, looks like they overfilled the batteries with motor oil one too many times.
