I don't think so on the Yamaha Rear End... There is most likely some machine work needed to make a ATV Secondary work on that rear end.

Got a pic of the rear end shaft?

Do you guys think that the keyed Polaris driven would work on a G2/G9 rear end?

My wife froze up the motor on her '99 Polaris sport 400. I was pulling it apart tonight and it has a splined driven clutch. If you're interested in buying it PM me

I know I don't have Ezgo but what Atv secondary clutch will fit a
Yamaha G1? Keyed. I have a 89 wildcat 650 motor in it and it's real hard on the secondary.
It keeps flying off and Ive bought the local hardware stores
Out of woodruff/half moon keys...

I don't know that there is a bolt on solution for that rear end... Couple options:

Call team industries and have them whip ya something up.. They take tech calls a couple times a week and reply in 2-3 days via email. They will at least be able to tell you what they make (if anything) already that will line up.

Other than that you're looking at working with a machine shop.. Making a Snowmo or sxs or atv clutch work that you buy off fleabay

Making friends with a machine shop is not a bad idea anyways.. Half the stuff i get made they just trade for some cold beers cause its small parts and simple water jet work

Heres a stupid question for ya. I went a test drove ,ine the other day and it did just fine. But when i brought it back in and checked everything out,I forgoto to put a bolt in to hold the secondary clutch on. It had not moved.. Im thinking with the wide belt and being its centered do you really need a bolt to hold it on?

YES... I would not drive around much without hardware in place. I can see the output shaft on that rear end being chewed up rather quickly.

I have had many things work great on a quick test run... Different story when you go out for a long ride.
