Default Need the tire experts

I posted the on the lifted section but got no response. I recently installed a 4" block fit on my txt and now my tires look smallish. I currently have 20x8-10 Kenda Superturf tires. I am thinking that I need road tires because I only drive on paved golf cart paths here in The Villages,FL. I found a set of 22x7-10's on amazon and wondering if they will work. It seems that these would keep the weight down while providing a more road friendly tread. Is there any issue running 7 inch wide tires or should I go with the 10s. Any advice is would be appreciated! Ive attached a picture of the tires Im considering.

I personally think the 10" wide would look better and fill out the wheel wells better. Are they the same 22" tall and a street pattern? If so, that's the way I'd go.
