1” lift to level ezgo express
Hello all, I posted this in the gas ezgo section but have not had any help.
My 2019 express L6 sits 1” lower on the driver side. I don’t know how the springs could already be wore out, but I’ve taken some measurements from the frame/floorboards on level concrete at it is about 1” lower. Does anyone know where to get 1” lift blocks? The express already has the longer 3.5” shackles so I dont really want to mess with them. Any help is appreciated |

Re: 1” lift to level ezgo express
I’ve always cut them out of square steel tubing and drilled a couple holes for the alignment pins,
lucky that there is a steel supply co. in the next town from me that has it all. http://www.frontiernet.net/~irishhills/rearlift2.JPG https://www.google.com/search?q=1x1....w=1280&bih=578 |

Might be a stupid question but have you checked your tire pressures are equal?

I may actually have some 1x1.5” tubing laying around! I thought about just swapping the springs left from right first and see what it does. I know the driver side springs wear out over years on older carts. But this is basically a brand new cart with only a handful of hours on it. Obviously nothing is bent it’s like new underneath. |

I took a few measurements from the floor to different parts of the axle also to make sure the axle measurements were the same. Axle is good but frame is not. So it’s definitely in the suspension. Thanks |

Re: 1” lift to level ezgo express
I wouldn’t think so... unless it’s a manufacture defect. The cart is 2019 and has little to no run time.
With that being said though, tonight I had some spare time so I swapped the rear leaf springs. It seems slightly better after. But the left side is still 3/4” low. It was around 1” earlier. |
