Shorter rear axle?
Still pretty new here so sorry if this has been addressed somewhere in this forum. Has anyone tries to cut and shorten the rear axle before? Its a 2015 ez-go 48 volt. I am slaming a cart and need every inch of tuck I can get. Trying to fit the beast in a after market body by DoubleTake.
Thanks! |

Re: Shorter rear axle?
It's a standard Dana rear axle. You'll need to cut and align the axle housing, and the axle proper. Seems like a great way to spend stupid money. Why not adjust the wheel backspacing, or, hell, widen the plastics?
