The sprocket is only 15.99. Getting it bored and keyed is the expensive part.

Your welcome, but don't think $15.99 is reasonable. That sprocket comes with just a blank 1/2 " bore. Just going by memory, I believe the shaft on our motors is 3/4" with a 3/16" keyway(maybe a 1/8"). Anyway most machine shops have a $150.00 minimum
fee. So add 16 + 150 = 166.00 . My local Stealth parts dealer sells that sprocket ready to go for 135.00. You decide.

I know this is an old thread but can't seem to send a PM or email about this. I need a driveshaft setup/transfer case/sprockets/chain/mount for a 72v nighthawk. Buddy bought at auction missing all of the 4wd components(it does have the 4wd motor and the front end components)...
