I think I can see where the dirt and debris can be washed out. My bigger concern is dropping small screws in there. Not so much working on Golf Cars, but working on Model Trains, another one of my vices, LOL.

Too many hobbies. Me too! LOL. I'm sure somebody in here has them.

I had racedeck at my old house. I loved the tile. It was the selling point when I sold the house.

For all the good, there were a few quirks.
Mainly it expands in direct sunlight. Not a problem unless you have something heavy on it, then it buckles, even then once it cools off it will return to normal

I have motofloor from Costco. I love it. It does expand in direct sunlight but goes back to normal when it cools off. Super easy to install. Looks great. It is louder walking on it but barely and it’s a garage so who cares. Cleans easily and stands up to lots of abuse. DONT GET LIGHT COLORS. During my research I read that lights colors stain easily. I got a charcoal color and it’s been perfect for the last 2 years. And if you damage a tile you can pop it out and replace it with another

Time to send an update of the floor project. I went with the Nitro Tile as shown in the link below:

https://www.rubberflooringinc.com/ga...tro-tiles.html

Installed in almost 6 months ago, and very happy with it. Much more quiet than the Race-dek and other samples I tried. and no holes to drop small screws into. I have been able to clean all stains with Simple green and a wet rag. Also cleaned up a couple of fiberglass resin spots I created.
It does expand in direct sunlight, but after a few cycles it is no longer buckling. The posts for the lift don't let those tiles move, but the ones around it can.

from the picture it looks like it's inside your garage how does it get direct sunlight on it in the garage to make it buckle up. That is a real nice floor and lift

Maybe from the windows or when the garage door is open. In the morning hours if I have my garage door open, the sun hits 1/2 the floor. In the afternoon it comes in the windows on the south side.
