Default 99 EZ Go Workhorse seems very hot??

I have a 99 EZ Go Workhorse and it seems to get very hot after 20-25 minutes constant running (not full speed though). Is that common in thse things as my other (9hp) EZ go did not seem to ge that hot. Any ideas on how to fix this if this is uncommon?

Thanks,
Kevin

Check the cooling fins surrounding the cylinders & the intake grill on the flywheel cover for grass, dirt etc and clean as needed.

Check the fins & the fan ....... Check your plugs for a lean condition ~ that will make it run hot too.

Scotty B,
When you say fan assume you mean flywheel fan? I pulled one of the plugs last night and noticed it was very white which tells me it is very lean correct? What can I do to lean it down?
Thanks,

You are having a fuel supply problem. Check the delivery system to the carb and then the carburetor itself. Don't run it like that, you could damage the engine if it gets too hot.

My 99 TXT is doing the samething when i idle around for 15 or 20 mins it gets very hot you can feel the air coming up on the driver side of the seat. Ill check the fuel and the plugs. If the plugs are white how do i fix the problem?
Thanks
