Default Tire pressure opinion

Ok All, I have a question. I have two sets of tires and wheels. One set are 22"x11"-10" steel wheels with Carlisle Alltrails (4 ply). They are rated up to 22 psi max.. The other tires are 2 ply 22"x11"-8" directional tread on steel. These are to be seated at 15 psi max and run at 5 psi. The AllTrails are a better tire but the unknown brand rides smoother because of the low air pressure.
I want to run the Alltrails. How low pressure can you run on those before you roll the bead off. I would rather not learn the hard way. I'm running 10 psi now and I think it could go lower without problems. Anyone running 5-6 psi in Alltrails?? They are stiff 4 ply tires...
Thanks, tony

i think its more about the rim than tire pressure, some rims have a higher inner bead ring. [if thats what you call it] the hump on the rim that you have to push past to brake the bead when you dismount the tire.

That makes sense. The wheels are 10x7 steel with a 3 or 4" offset. The "lip" is the same on each. The "bead seat area?" is big because of the offset on the wheels. I'll drop 2 psi at a time and test drive it. If I can run about 6 psi I think it will smooth out.
Maybe a carlisle website??.... Thanks PM

All Trails are a stiff tire. 15 lbs is average, but you can drop to 6, if needed. Just remember, the lower the pressure, the higher the drag coeffiecient and you'll loose run time on electric carts

This is a gas workhorse with new MCI 350 and a 28 deg clutch. It rolls em pretty good.
II'll go to 8 psi, then to 6 if it is needed. Need it a little smoother. Thanks folks!
These tires are stiff. 20 psi too stiff, then 10psi= no difference

I used to run my 22 alltrails at close to 1lb. I would let all the air out and put just enough air back in to get rid of the bulge when I was sitting on it. Probably 3lbs tops I never used a gauge. They never came off the bead either.
