Got a complete limited slip rear end assembly from king of carts ( was a site sponsor than ) for a 07 precedent. Other than some growling noise when turning it does it's job. Does make a lot of difference in mud.
David at Revolution golf carts might be able to locate you one.
I would spend the money again for one.

You put friction modifier in with the gear oil correct?

Had this issue with an SUV once. Factory neglected to put the correct fluid in the diff. Dealer mechanics could tell just by the smell or lack there of.
