Default thinking about 25" tire's

I have a 2007 PDS with the following upgrades, Alltrax 500, GE1162, 2ga cable, hd soleniod, limit slip rear-end and 48v, t-875's just installed.
I have 23x10.5x12 tires and wheels with 6" lift on rear and Stretch front on it.
The tire and wheel combo must have cheap tire's, 2 years and already have splits in the side wall's. Looking at going with 25" tire since there is a whole lot selection on tire's. How much will this effect the torque and hill climbing, the cart does great now, it will climb anything and will actually pull the front wheels off the ground. Go bigger or go home?
Thanks Dog
