When it goes into diagnostic mode, it will beep 1 to 4 times. They are pretty close together and hard to count, but how many doesn't really matter since that set of beeps only tells you what PDS mode the controller is in. It is the combinations of beeps that occur after the first set that tells you what the controller thinks is wrong, and the various beep codes are listed on label. If the solenoid is clicking when it is supposed to, the problem is in the high current circuit. Here is a schematic of a PDS cart with the high current circuit (plus the field windings) traced. |
