MPT 1200 lift question
Im new to the cart world. My father in law and i just got 2 2005 ez go's one MPT 800 and one MPt 1200. I am starting with the 1200 and we want to lift it and put wheels on it I just am wondering about a direction to go. It seems like everyone is high on Jakes lifts but should i go with a spindle or an axle lift?? Does the rear lift come with it? the pics and description doesn't help much. Thanks for the help

Re: MPT 1200 lift question
I just did a 2005 MPT 800. I used a Allsports 6" spindle lift for the ezgo txt, it includes new drop spindles for the front, and blocks for the back. I put 12" wheels with 23 inch tires on it.

Re: MPT 1200 lift question
I wouldn't replace the axle on the front of a 1200, the thing is massive and super strong. I shimmed the springs in the front and made shackles for the rear, I have 12" of clearance at the rocker, center of gravity is low and 22" tires fit, I went with 20x10x10 ITP All Trails. Handles great on and off road and is 3" narrower than my buddy's All Sports kit.
