Question Lift Kit and Tire Size Combo

Brand new to the forum, just picked up my G9E last week.
Loading in the truck is a bit of a pain because it is stock. Just looking to get some more clearance on a budget.
Did a little research and looks like Jake's kit is the way to go but what I'm wondering is would the cart look ok with 205/50/10s aka 18" tires vs. 20 or 22s? I have an opportunity to grab some wheels and tires up for a deal.
Thanks guys

I would go w/22's and offset wheels, the cost will soon be forgotten, but might not fit on a pickup.

18" is stock height.

Question Re: Lift Kit and Tire Size Combo

Thanks for the input StoveBolt.

Next question - Are 22s too much of a strain on an older G9 electric cart? I didn't want to loose too much torque so that is why I was thinking the 20s. Also, don't want to be dishing out $$$ to upgrade the electronics/motor in case I get too big tires.
Any input/opinions are appreciated.
Thanks

Any tire diameter increase will likely do 2 things, 2-4 mph increase and less torque.
If the cart is hanging up on the truck, have you tried longer ramps or arched ramps?

Doug,
We used pretty long ramps but they weren't quite arched, they had a cool curve to them but probably didn't help for the clearance aspect. Just yesterday my buddy said he had a couple I could try. Might do the trick. Thanks

just hit it faster! my curved folding ramps have HUGE marks on them from bottoming out going into my truck when I had a stock height golf cart.
