Default Now this is some long travel

Sat we went to the off road expo to check things out.. we didnt have a booth , so im able to take my time and wake around and look and chat with people and new vendors or suppliers. heres some pics...you knon we cut ,bend and weld tubing almost everyday around here in my shop. but my fab work doesnt campare to this stuff.. but this is were i get me inspiration from... enjoy the pics...

I'm drewling all over these MIG welds. The curved gussets are pretty sweet in post 3 last pic.

If you shake when you weld, an easy fix for that would be to try to run a straight bead and let your shaking do the back and forth motion.

that is too clean to be mig welding. that right there is all tig work.

If you are having shaking problems. Sounds like you need to get some more support under your support hand/arm.

I try and take a vice grip clamp it to something to rest my arm on to help support me.

And before I go to weld something I do a test piece to get warmed up on if I haven't welded in a while.
