Default Ideas For Which Radial Street Tire to Buy

Bought a set of these less than 2 years ago:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/10-GREENSAV...kAAOSwiYFXERwd

Didn't like them, very noisy.
Had a flat today, took it to the tire store, they wouldn't fix it.
It was dry rotted. Got home looked at the rest and they were dry rotted as well.
Very disappointed, these tires are less than 2 years old and they're done.
I like this type of tread design that were on the tires.

I'm looking at these:

https://www.exceltireandwheel.com/street-fox.html

As anybody used these tires?
What do you think of them?
Are they noisy?
I open to any other ideas for a good street radial.
I'm running 20X10-R10/205X65-10 tires.

Take a look at one of our site sponsors GCTS https://www.golfcarttiresupply.com/ as they have gotten me some great deals and dependable service...

Thank you, but I'm lookin for people with personal experience with the Street Fox tires for feedback.
And recommendations for other radial street tires.
I am well aware of site sponsors.
I am not looking for site reviews of products.

I just bought a set and had them shipped to David at Revolution Golf Cars. He's building a limo cart for me. I have no personal experience with them but heard about them from a local cart builder. He said they ride nice and were quiet. He also uses them often. Hoping he's right.
