Plum Quick Compatibility Question
So I reached out to Plumb Quick about a year ago and purchased their Yamaha 36V Venom (high torque) motor. When I got it, receipt said EZGO in handwriting so I reached out and was told a Yamaha motor was shipped. Well, project was put on hold for 10 months and I’m finally working on it again. Well, motor doesn’t fit and I’m not sure if it’s because motor is not for Yamaha or the 1993 G8 uses a different style motor. Obviously I told Plumb Quick what I had. Curious if anyone can look at this motor and tell me the issue? Splines look different and on Yamaha I need spline coupler to stick out of motor to engage with driveline. Also, mounting looks different then stock.
I’ve reached out to PQ and waiting for a response. |
