Default Increase speed on 2018 Elite 90a

We have a 2018 Elite RXV (12 inch wheels) and are wanting to get the top speed up to about 35 MPH. The dealership tweaked something when we bought it so we have what they called aggressive hill climb. The current top speed is about 23 MPH and it maintains the acceleration up steep hills.

I heard Bob is the man here, but also read that we could have an issue with the controller because the dealer changed something.

Not sure if we should look at new gears, a new controller, a reprogramed controller or some combination.

I do like the idea of some kind of switch so that when we are on the course our top speed is limited.

Bob Boyce - would like to send our controller to you to have you set this up best. Reading through everything it seems that is the best choice.

Not an option with Elite carts. The BMS and controller must stay in communications with one another to be operational.

Thanks for getting back to me so quick. What options would we have? We are in Denver.

Load it in a truck or on a trailer, and bring it to TN? Denver is too far for me to travel.
