Thanks for the welcome. Yes it is a big one. It's a 1986 Royal Ride made by Elmco. It is in the "slow" process of being rebuilt. It's built on a club car chassis so at least some parts I can find. I was hoping to be farther than I am, but I had to take care of some "home projects" first. Anyway, I wanted a bigger wheel and tire to make it look more proportional to the size of the cart. 14 inch wheels and low pro tires were what I decided on. I think they will work out great.
