Headliner Attachment Points
Hi Folks,
I'm in the planning stages of fabricating a custom headliner for my CC DS out of luan and vinyl. I've done some searching and seen some great headliners on here, but I can't seem to find any information about how folks are attaching them to the canopy. I would think it's generally not recommended to bolt through the headliner as water leakage might be an issue, but that seems like the most obvious way to attach. Maybe folks are using some special/rubberized hardware? While we are at it, does anyone have any info about the round speaker trim rings that I've seen others use in headliners? Are those custom or is there some off the shelf product that folks are using. Any info is appreciated. |

Re: Headliner Attachment Points
I bolted through the top and used rubber washers on top. Never leaked
