Default Turf Rider IV Disassembly Question

Turf Rider IV Disassembly Question --- Has anyone had any luck on getting the "rusted-in-tube" for the seat back support out of the frame tube and the rusted-in-tube" for the Golf Club/Canopy support out of the frame tube. If you are not familiar with this situation a "tube", about 6 inches long, was inserted into a "tube" that was welded to the frame to support the "assembly" above and yes water dripped into the "space" in between the two tubes. I would love to apply some heat but all the conditions are within inches of the 50 plus year old fiberglass body. I have been trying to soak with PB Blaster but still no luck (not sure how far down the PB Blaster soaks down).
