Default 05 Monster EZGO Update - Pics>>>

I've been renovating a house and have not had to time to mess with the thing for almost a year. We had kept it at the lake for the last year. I recently brought it home to help out around the yard. At the lake the terrain is very flat so speed was a priority However, around the house the property is very hilly and quite steep in some areas. After a few tweaks to the suspension and a tweak to the program it's now a rock crawling hill climbing monster With such steep terrain I see 4-wheel disc brakes in the near future Anyway, went to the top of the hill to put out some deer corn and figured I'd take a few pics while there'

BTW: The Stretch Plastic long travel kit works great but the chrome is very poor quality . It started to surface rust right away and now after a year and a half it looks like A$$. Figure I'll take it off and powder coat it black.

Yep, have a seperate 12v system to power all accessories. I have way too many 12v goodies to run tapped off the main 48v. I mounted 12v & 48V onboard chargers in bagwell. Wired them to a waterproof marine 120vac outlet mounted in the back. Also wired in relays so when you plug in the extension cord it cuts out the 48v controller & 12v circuits automatically.

Sweet cart man!

What kind of A-arm set up do u have in the front. I need to change mine out to a heavy duty one like yours.

Can u please tell where to get a setup like that and please tell me the measurement of the A-arm length of one side.... from frame mount holes to the ball joint ends?

go check out my build on big block, I just posted new pics of my gsxr 600 build up.

The flip down seats doubles as a utility bed, works get.

Thanks for the complement. The front suspension is from Stretch Plastics. http://www.strechplastics.com/ I also have 3" billet spacers on the front. I will try to remember to measure it this evening for you.

Curious.... what is the purpose for the extra roof supports on each side of the cart? Does that double as a roll cage in some form?
