I did the same as Cobra1...I used a foam ear plug and tape. On mine, the reverse indicator buzzer is under the seat. Put the ear plug in, taped it, and that was it. Took longer to find where the buzzer was coming from ;)

Replaced a couple of cables that were warmer than the others after a long ride.

Ordered a AllTrax XCT400 controller and solenoid package from ScottyB. Can't wait for it to get here so I can get it installed.

Thank you for adding me. I've never really got into the detail of how these vehicles work before but fixing ours has been fascinating. I naïvely imagined that a quick search online would sprout multiple schematics so I could diagnose the problem ( I'm an electronics engineer so even if the controller went out I wasn't too worried ) but I soon became embroiled in the mystery hunt for the right schematic.... It got so bad i unclipped the wiring harness, got my meter and a pad and drew my own... About 2 minutes after i did that someone suggested this forum and thanks to one of the members guess what I found ? lol However in order to know which one fitted my cart I had needed my own diagram because most had some parts that were familiar but only one went all the way. So now I'm more intrigued and after fixing the cart ( an EZGO 36v ) have ideas for some improvments that I may just try out....

A couple of questions...Looks like no lift kit, is that correct? Also, what tire size is on your cart? I'm considering various options for my cart and I like the way your looks.
