That doesn't look to bad, mine is in the same area but worse. If it were plain sheet metal it would be an easy fix but with the metal being corrugated makes for a little more headache. Nice pics also.

The sheet metal on the bed floor is flat, but looks that way because of the plastic bed liner causing the rust pattern. It's an easy fix. I never worried about the bed, because I planned on replacing it with an off-road seat and roll cage.
Thanksgiving Day price drop for my all my BGW friends....$3,900.00 OBO. Just had it out with my kids, this thing's way too much fun! Thanks BGW! |

That price is a deal! I have a 99 Workhorse that I want to do exactly the same thing to. It will cost me a fortune. I would just buy yours, but timing stinks.

How does that thing sound with that exhaust? My clone motor is loud. Thinking about trying one of those mufflers on it. Nice cart by the way.

It's still pretty loud, much like a commercial mower.
In fact my two year old refused to ride on it for a while because he insisted it was "too wowd"...... |
