I am interested in the JN6-F3850-11 TIE ROD ASSEMBLY $19.25. for the left, or driver's side. Do you have it? How do I pay you to ship it to 78950?

I have an entire engine including clutch, alternator carb exhaust completely assembled but must go all together. I would take $300 firm for it. You pick up or pay shipping from 85203.
